The hotel has a superb location! Just a few blocks from the central station. After that, is a walking distance from the main cultural landmarks. It's close to supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, leather bags and apparel stores, laundry service shop. We love that the hotel offers to use a microwave and some items for coffee making for free. Also there is a kettle, cups and tea bags in your room. The size of the room is really comfortable, the beds also great. Our room was facing an inner backyard so we didn't hear any street noises. Also, the staff is really friendly and always have a great disposition to help!

Very helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The shower cubicle was spacious and equipped with a multi-function shower. The location was great, almost just across the road from the railway station. There was a small selection of refreshments in the room, but more was available in the public area. There was a mini bar. I didn't use it, other than to remove the Heineken and use it to keep my more specialist beer cold. The room was secure having two locked doors before it.

The staff were very helpful and obliging the position was excellent ,just 2 mins from the train station,and it’s lovely to have a lift which often you don’t get in in the cities small balcony but enough. needed to keep door closed as very noisy all night outside. Also nice to have Netflix and a television that actually worked.thankyou Hotel Ester

I can highly recommend this hotel as the place to stay. It was close to the railway station and an easy walk to the town centre. The manager, Saimir, was a wonderful Host. He made sure that I had a comfortable relaxed stay. The room was spotless and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wholesome and complete
